Why do like living in Columbus?
I like living in Columbus because there is always something to do, somewhere to go and of course I love my Buckeyes!
When you have visitors in Columbus, where do you take them?
I like good food so I typically like to take my guests around town to see the different aspects of Columbus that outsiders might not always know about. Of course I take them to Schneider’s Bakery in Westerville. As well as German Village, any Fresh Farm Markets.
What is your favorite cuisine?
Thai. Don’t get me wrong because I like and will try almost any type of cuisine, but for some reason I always gravitate toward Pad Thai when I see it on a menu.
Where do you find Dr. Ulm outside of work?
I am the proud Uncle of 3 very cute kids. Holden, 6 months, Isla, 4, and Kieran, 6, are near and dear to my family. It’s really fun to watch them develop personalities and other skills. There’s nothing that brings me more joy than when one of them calls me Uncle Eccck because they cannot pronounce Eric.
If I’m not with my family you can find me on the golf course, or watching any Ohio sports teams.
What is your favorite restaurant in Columbus?
Well that’s a hard one but if I must pick, I would say Lindey’s down in German Village.
